BVRR Specialties has developed a highly efficient product to store large scale rolling
stock, including heavy locos. This storage system is suitable for virtually ALL No.1 gauge
scales including: 1:20.3, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:29 and 1:32. This system will accommodate ALL
these scales even if they are mixed and matched. The system consists primarily of an
MDF (medium density Fiberboard) deck with 45mm flangeways on appropriate
centerlines. Although the decks are available individually in a number of widths and
depths, the best way is to utilize them with the easy to assemble (no nuts, bolts or clips)
framing system fabricated from 16 gauge, pre-painted, cold-rolled steel. This system is
economically priced and is suitable for indoor storage at home, garage, shed, barn, etc.
Price for a typical 36" wide by 24" deep by 6'0" high, 6 shelf system that can hold
approximately 42 - 48 cars or locos is only $225.00 (not including shipping). E-mail or

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! BVRR Specialties has introduced a NEW product to store
large scale rolling stock including locos. We recognize that shipping costs for our No.1 Gauge Storage
System have risen dramatically. This new "F" system works on a similar basis. The primary difference
is you can use your existing shelving or new shelving you can purchase locally and at much lower
cost. All "G" equipment can be easily and safely stored on this product. Sections are about 3/8"
thick and will ship in the standard length you specify [18" and 24" are the most popular] and are available
in custom lengths up to approximately 50" long by about 7½" wide. Standard Storage Sections are
available in 18" and 24" lengths. If you provide the exact length you need, e.g; 17½" or 29", we will be
happy to supply them in that length for a nominal custom charge per length. Each piece is provided with
a pair of routed 45mm storage slots that are "plunge" cut to help prevent roll-off. You can "gang" up as
many as you need to store your equipment. For example, 5 sections can be placed on a 36" wide
shelving unit (with minor trimming). Or you can put 4 sections on a 30" wide shelving unit. There is no
limit to how you can "gang" them up. You can even mount them on wall shelving the full width of your
room! A plus is the ability to "lock" the sections together via a tongue and groove type connection.
You can also change your configuration whenever you like. The initial "F" offering will accommodate up
to Fn3 scale (1:20.3) and all 45mm "scales". See drawing and photo on the left. Cost per section is only
$1.50 per linear foot. "G" sections, especially for smaller 1:32 - 1:225 scales we hope to have available
in the near future. Look for future product reviews in "Garden Railways" and "Model Railroad News".
These "sections" are not self-supporting. They are meant to be placed on your existing shelves.
